Ann Gonzales, Managing Director/Co-Founder
Annmeister is the guru of a multitude of things, which is why we’ve deemed her “Ann of All Trades”. Ann can mostly be found meeting with clients, building a totem pole of websites, creating user-friendly interfaces, advocating HubSpot, building online marketing campaigns, managing client social media, graphic designing, and much more.
Ann has been building websites for 14 years. She’s a self-taught graphic designer and web designer who built her first website at the age of 16, and has since then worked with numerous small businesses in the Charlotte metro region. She has always been a tech-geek, held a love for computers, as well as passion for art and writing.
Alyssa Kibiloski, Creative Director/Co-Founder
Kibbles is our creative genius–from abstract to modernistic. Her artistic flow and chi–derives from an all-seeing-eye of composition, balance, and color that flourishes in all her work. Alyssa can mostly be found creating unique, innovative graphic designs infographics and logos, or behind her beloved camera, walking along the city streets and capturing the timeless moments of the country.
Alyssa graduated Cum Laude from Winthrop University. Since then, she has worked with former Nascar driver Shawna Robinson, celebrity make up artist Jami Svay, pro-golfer Perry Swenson, Carolinas Healthcare System, and worked with several other businesses in Charlotte.
Maureen Carlomagno, Relationship Manager
Maureen works closely with current and prospective Create-ster clients, builds strategic partnerships with other businesses, and assists with program planning. She strives to serve our clients’ needs as best possible through personal relationship building.
Maureen is an enthusiastic advocate of integrated work-life balance. She is also a Certified Intrinsic Coach®, and a Certified Valuations Specialist (CVS-FR).
Diana Kinney , Project Manager
Our new project manager, Diana Kinney, is excited to join the Create-ster team! Native to Charlotte, NC, Diana has extensive experience working with privately owned businesses, starting all the way back when she was 5 years old, collating booklets for her parents’ printing business.
With a special affinity for data visualization and reporting, Diana has worked in Corporate America for over 15 years and is currently pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Data Science and Business Analytics at UNC Charlotte.
Her favorite part of project managing (and data science) is connecting with people, helping people work together as a fun, dynamic team and making data interesting!
Moslin Ashraful Islam, UI/UX Designer & Animator
Moslin specializes in ergonomic user interface designing for a wide range of interactive media. Through every client project, Moslin holds a high standard of quality with fine attention for detail, finish and perfection. Seasoned with 6+ years of experience in UI/UX web design, he maintain a great sense in world, modern standards, including a strong foundation in design principles, typograpy skills and color sense. He is constantly on the look out for knowledge on the latest industry trends and developments.
Sam Rahman, Senior Web Developer
Sam is an honest, extremely diligent hard worker and overachiever, and continuously provides high quality, well-thought-out work for all Create-ster clients. No matter how complex the problem, Sam is always readily available to provide the best solution possible to make projects work.
Brittney Butler, Graphic Designer
Brittney Butler is our graphic designer and a graduate of Sam Houston State University. She has a passion for not only design but also studio art. She is continuously inspired by the bold and unique style of urban arts. She is based in North Carolina and is continuing her creative adventure here!
Beth Freely, Copywriter/Editor
Beth has been part of the Create-ster team for over four years, serving as a copywriter for all client projects, as well as project managing for the Create-ster design and development team.
Beth is a published, award-winning author–Behind the Eyes of Dorian Gray (as Beth A. Carpenter) and has written over 3,000 articles for numerous clients and companies. She has also created numerous professional documents, such as press releases, procedure manuals and operating standards for her regular full-time job. Beth holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism and Mass Media Communication with a minor in Marketing.
Ben Sherrill, Videographer/Photographer
Ben is a photographer, videographer, and editor based in Charlotte, NC. His passion for multimedia began with photography. His ability to create bold and dramatic still images, and wanting to bring those images to life piqued Ben’s interest in videography.
